Corporate Prayer
Prayer is simply communicating with God.
Whether individually or as a group, praying is simply communicating with God and boldly asking Him to move on behalf of individuals, churches, cities, and nations, so that His kingdom would come and His will would be done on the earth (Matt 6). Jesus further encouraged people to pray saying: "Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (John 14:13), and "all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive" (Matt 21:22).
Through the name of Jesus and the wounds of Jesus, healing is our inheritance and portion (1 Peter 2:24, Acts 3:6). Jesus healed every person who came to Him and He said that everything He did we can do also (John 14:12). Healing is a gift and ministry from the Holy Spirit that is valid and needed today, both in the church and outside of the church.
Nights of Prayer:
Awake Church has ongoing corporate prayer gatherings.
The purpose of these special times together will be to agree with God's heart as a group and boldly ask Him to move on behalf of people, churches, cities, and nations, praying that His Kingdom would come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
These prayer times are scheduled to be 1 hour long and led by a facilitator who will come with the prayer focus for that evening. Please consider joining us for the prayer night. You can find out when these nights take place on our church calendar.
These evenings will not have any childcare provided and are only for adults & teens who want to engage in prayer.

A Season of Focused Prayer 〰️
September 4th-October 30th
For 9 weeks, we will come together, in repeated and focused prayer for our Nation, our fellowship, and the purposes of God to take place around the world. At each gathering the facilitator will share specific prayer points, to help us partner with the Holy Spirit as we continue to "uncap the spiritual well of Prayer."
Please join us in the Linden room for any of the following corporate gatherings:
Wednesday mornings from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Wednesday afternoons from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
