As Christians, we're called to respond with love and compassion, especially in times of crisis. Jesus taught us to care for the vulnerable, saying, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)
The Church is the body of Christ, and when one part suffers, we all do (1 Corinthians 12:26).
Helping those in need reflects God’s grace and builds His kingdom.
Disaster victims in Western North Carolina are our neighbors, and we are called to love them as ourselves (Mark 12:31).
Let's act in love, and share the hope and mercy we've received.

**In the matter of designated funds that are received by Awake Church (Awakened, Inc.) towards a specific project or fundraising objective (Hurricane Helene Relief Funds), from time to time there may be accumulated monies that are not able to be spent/utilized in the same year (2024) in which they were given/donated. In these cases, Awake Church will roll over those designated monies/items into the following year’s expenditures, careful to use them for the purpose for which they were received.
