Ministries Supported by Awake Church
Out of our congregation’s tithes and offerings we support the following ministries and organizations.
Hydrating Humanity
Over 750 million people are still trapped in the water crisis. Clean, safe water is a basic building block of life, yet millions of people still lack access to it. Children are especially vulnerable to waterborne disease, which remains the fourth leading cause of death worldwide. At any one time, it is estimated that half of the world's hospital beds are occupied with patients suffering from waterborne diseases.
Hydrating Humanity's core mission is to see the poorest areas of the world realize real and lasting transformation at every level: economic, social, spiritual, and physical health. They believe the most impactful spearhead into these communities is clean, safe water projects and hygiene education. Their mission is to eradicate the waterborne disease crises, save lives, love people, and reveal Christ.

Love Out Loud
Transforming our city with the love of Jesus by connecting & mobilizing its people and resources.
Love Out Loud began in 2008 with the very first Christmas for the City at the Millennium Center. Love Out Loud began as a desire to link arms with other churches to be the presence of Christ in the heart of our city.
Since that time, Love Out Loud has built strong relationships to form a collective of Christ-centered churches (over 80), groups & individuals living out Christ's call to love our neighbor. Together they partner with other local community organizations (200+ non-profits and scores of marketplace and civic leaders) for the flourishing of our city.
EquipNet
From its inception, EquipNet has been driven by the passion to see God’s name be famous on all the earth and to see the Kingdom of God advanced and established, especially among the 2 billion people who still comprise the least reached in our world.
EquipNet can lift the burdens of administration, legal, and tax issues off of the missionary and provide a reliable, stable, and trustworthy partnership that helps missionaries care and love their donors and the ability to be free to focus on the primary ministry they have been called to accomplish.
Awake Church directly supports one of EquipNet's families!
