The Bible guarantees that we will have trials and hardship. In the story of Nehemiah, we see a man that God called to reestablish God’s people. Nehemiah’s response to God serves as an example for how we should respond to God when he lays something on our heart. Even through the hardship and opposition, Nehemiah continued to lay of the promises of God.
